The owners of Freedive medicine share a common interest in many things, not just medicine. They were made aware of a disaster involving the death of children in a location overseas.
The injuries sustained by these children were survivable. Unfortunately, the children did not survive the accident due to poor medical access and education.
Their death paved the way to bring awareness to a systemic problem. There is a significant lack of simple medical and public safety education in the community.
From here, Freedive Medicine was born. The owners decided their lifelong mission would be to educate others to prevent future disasters or other lives from being lost.
